Hi guys!!!! Itโs Brynn. Welcome to my newsletter!
For as long as I can remember Iโve been a lover of all things food, wellness, and personal development. I LOVE writing and creating things and always need a creative project to work on.
Iโve loved sharing tips and recipes on Instagram (@welll.fed) but wanted to do something more. Iโve started a few websites over the past few years but nothing I was proud enough to stay consistent with or share with others. My notes app is FILLED with drafts of blog posts, journal entries, lists, and recipes which I need an outlet for. I recently discovered Substack which has become one of my FAVORITE platforms as a follower. Consuming long-form content is so much more rewarding (and better for dopamine levels) than scrolling on Instagram IMO.
Iโve been on what you might call aโฆ โhealth journeyโ for about 4 years and have pretty much made it my entire personality by now. The wellness world is a horribly scary place but I have learned SO MUCH about myself, my body, and the world. I hope I can share bits and pieces of what I know now to help anyone else starting their own journey.
Good health requires so much more than just eating well and exercising (which Iโve learned the hard way). My experience completing the Health Coach Training Program at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition has changed my life and given me the tools to coach others to do the same.
So get ready for weekly newsletters on any and all wellness-related topics. Expect fun healthy recipes, actionable tips, grocery lists, rants, reassurance, and inspiration.
